Annadel Gap is one of the coolest, foggiest parts of the Sonoma Valley, perfect for making Pinot Noir. With four different soil types and careful clonal selection, we create three unique, small lot, clonal-specific expressions of Pinot Noir.
Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Viognier, and dozens of other wines traditionally from France’s Rhône region, have shown a more structured and balanced expression when grown in a cool climate like our Annadel Gap. We give these voluptuous and spicy wines their own unique voice.
Our Vintner’s Collection includes special wines from our Annadel Gap Sonoma estate grapes and those from a limited number of select sustainably-grown vineyards in Napa and Sonoma County, chosen for their exceptional quality and distinct flavor profile
Sangiacomo's "Roberts Road" Chardonnay and Terra de Promissio's Pinot Noir are two of the most legendary vineyards for those varietals, and we make wines with both. And then there is Legend, our Cabernet-driven Bordeaux-Rhône varietal blend that is a legend in the making.
We hold and store small quantities of past vintages, tasting them to see when the time has allowed them to mature into a unique experience. We then release them here in limited quantities.
